What is the return policy?
At VYPRWLF, we take pride in creating custom, made-to-order pieces and personalized services. Because each item is handmade or customized specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Exceptions: • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to replace or repair your item. • If there’s a mistake on our part (wrong item, incorrect customization), we’ll make it right at no additional cost.
Please Note: • All sales are final for customized or made-to-order items. • Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All VYPRWLF items are made-to-order or customized, so all sales are final.

All VYPRWLF pieces are made-to-order, so please allow 5–14 business days for us to create your item, depending on the complexity and customization.
Once your order is ready: • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. • Standard shipping times depend on your location, typically 3–7 business days.

Where are your products manufactured?
All VYPRWLF pieces are handmade and crafted with care. Many items are upcycled or custom-made locally, and some materials may come from trusted suppliers. Each item is made-to-order to ensure quality, uniqueness, and that signature edgy, Y2K style.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
