At VYPRWLF, we take pride in creating custom, made-to-order pieces and personalized services. Because each item is handmade or customized specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Exceptions:
    •    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to replace or repair your item.
    •    If there’s a mistake on our part (wrong item, incorrect customization), we’ll make it right at no additional cost.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
